Pasteurization of food products

The principle of our pasteurizers is based on two successive stages of heating and energy recovery.

The exchange surface is designed to prevent overheating of the fluid in normal draw and in case of sudden stoppage of the flow. The energy source can be hot water or steam.

Our pasteurizers can also be designed to provide thermal energy for the regeneration and sterilization phases of the draw line .
